Exhibition Space Rental

The Orillia Museum of Art & History’s main floor exhibition space is a unique alternative to traditional rental spaces.   Schedule a visit to the Orillia Museum of Art and History and meet with our professional staff to begin planning your special event or begin your own planning by downloading the Exhibition Space Rental Form, completing and returning it to the Orillia Museum of Art and History.   The exhibition space is large, bright and always interesting with rotating art and traveling exhibitions. This space can be utilized for corporate events, staff retirement and Christmas parties, or conferences. The room can accommodate 50 seated or up to 100 mingling.     Rental rates are reasonable and members of the Orillia Museum of Art & History enjoy a disount.     If you would like to reserve this space, please contact OMAH at (705) 326-2159 for more information and availability. Use of a TV, VCR/DVD player and LCD projector (equipment needs must be specified at time of booking) is included in rental cost. Mandate Driven & Membership Rate   Monday - Saturday, After Hours: 4pm - 7pm (Every hour after 7pm is $25 per hour) $100 + GST Non-Mandate Driven Monday - Thursday, After Hours: 4pm - 7pm (Every hour after 7pm is $25 per hour) $125 + GST Friday & Saturday, After Hours: 4pm - 7pm (Every hour after 7pm is $25 per hour) $150 + GST

It is up to the discretion of the Director/Curator to make any changes to the above fee schedule.

Discounts are available for multi-day or weekly rentals. Call for details.
All prices are subject to GST.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of
booking to reserve the room.
Balance is due on the date of first rental.
