Many of us have experienced change\, suffered loss\, and hopefully felt moments of joy in between.  Should you find yourself with the need to express these feelings artistically\, please join artist and Expressive Arts Therapist Luci Dilkus for a restorative art-making workshop.  These sessions are offered within the current exhibition Dying Matters: Expressions of Growth Through Grief (April 22-July 16)\, a partnership exhibition between Hospice Orillia and OMAH.   \nLuci will guide participants through the therapeutic and cathartic process of expressing themselves through pastels\, poetry\, journaling and movement.  This is an adult program\, with no previous artistic experience necessary.
