Beginning Thursday\, March 19 at 4:30 p.m.\, these 60-minute classes will take place on the museum’s second floor\, surrounded by artwork from the 29th International Women’s Day Art Show. \nIn partnership with More Life Pilates\, this program offers participants the opportunity to practice the original Pilates method developed by Joseph Pilates. Classes follow the traditional sequence of exercises outlined in Return to Life\, along with Classical Mat work passed down through Pilates’ protégé Romana Kryzanowska. \nEach class is led by Tara Powers\, a certified 4th Generation Authentic and Classical Pilates teacher\, who is dedicated to preserving the integrity of the original method.
