Success at Smiles of a Summer Night - $80,000 raised towards Exhibition Development

Charles Pachter and OMAH Executive Director Ninette Gyorody at Moose Factory of Orillia

The Orillia Museum of Art & History would like to extend a thank you to Charles Pachter for helping raise over $80,000 for the research and development of future exhibitions!

It is with great pleasure to announce the final results of Smiles of a Summer Night, an auction of 15 paintings and 25 prints of Charles Pachter's most iconic works which took place at his gallery and studio Moose Factory of Orillia (MOFO) on July 14th.  It was a packed house for eager art buyers and guests to experience Pachter's charm with the opportunity to take home a piece of their own. The generous support from the auction aids OMAH in creating engaging exhibitions in the museum's four featured gallery spaces.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the event!

Special thanks to:

Hindy Abelson
The Will Davis Trio

AND A BIG THANK YOU to  Charles Pachter - you are an amazing friend to OMAH and to the City of Orillia as well!

In gratitude,

Ninette Gyorody
