Cancellation /Refund policy:

 

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the Operations Coordinator via email email at visitors@orilliamuseum.org.

Cancellation requests received at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the program start date will receive a full-refund. Cancellation requests received less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the program are non-refundable. Any program cancelled by the Orillia Museum of Art & History will be fully refunded regardless of the time of cancellation. 

No refunds will be given for days when a camper is absent, and missed days cannot be made up. A refund due to medical reasons may be considered if a written request, accompanied by a doctor’s note, is received prior to or within the week of the missed Camp.
