Born in Orillia, Elizabeth Wyn Wood (1903-1966) was at the forefront of the modernist movement in Canada as a professional artist, educator and outspoken arts advocate. On Wednesday July 19 from 4-6 pm, please join us for a private tour of the exhibition Elizabeth Wyn Wood, followed by a step-by-step low relief sculpture class using air-dry clay in our studio. Participants will learn about this renowned artist, while also learning basic drawing and sculpting techniques.
