3-D Landscapes Midday Make with Peter Fyfe

In conjunction with this year’s Tradition Transformed exhibition, please join your instructor and contributing artist Peter Fyfe for an afternoon of 3-D assemblage and painting. Peter Fyfe is a local artist who works in drawing, painting and mixed media assemblage. His focus is almost always on nature, especially water and the iconic image of the canoe. In this Midday-Make class, Peter will guide participants through the steps of creating woodbox boat sculpture, while also painting a landscape image to compliment it. Participants will leave with their own 3-D painted masterpiece! All materials, a light snack and refreshments are included. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch.
No artistic experience is necessary.
