Jewellery Making with Donald Stuart

Wednesday, August 16

3 pm – 6 pm

Join jewellery designer Donald Stuart for a private tour of his exhibition, Homage, followed by a step-by-step demonstration in jewellery making.  In this fun and creative workshop, simple tools will be used to create a unique cuff bracelet or perhaps a pendant or two.  Using bands of anodized aluminium, participants will learn how to texture and personalise their design into a finished, wearable piece of jewellery.  This is an adult workshop, however kids 12 and up are welcome to come with a guardian to help.  All materials and tools will be supplied, but please note that there will be quite a bit of hammering involved so it might get noisy!
