Linoblock handmade Holiday Cards Midday-Make with Xavier Fernandes

Wednesday, December 6 – 12 pm – 2 pm

For this holiday inspired Midday-Make, please join printmaker Xavier Fernandes for a beginners guide to lino block printing. For inspiration, participants will get an up-close and personal viewing of Franklin Carmichael’s hand-designed Christmas cards from OMAH’s permanent collection. Participants will learn about different types of printmaking including lino block printing and leave with their own printed holiday card.  All materials, a light snack and refreshments are included. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch.

No artistic experience is necessary.
